My journey in fitness began in 2020, not in a gym—but as an NCC Cadet, where discipline, consistency, and mental strength became part of my daily life. That experience sparked a deep interest in fitness and self-improvement.

At that time, I was naturally introverted. Fitness became more than just physical training—it became a tool that transformed my confidence, mindset, and self-belief. Through consistent training and self-discipline, I discovered the power to stand strong, speak confidently, and lead from the front.

Fitness didn’t just change my body—it reshaped who I am today. It gave me:
